I just thought I would share how great this website is:
A friend of mine in Chandler called me today asking if I knew an A/C repairmen because his unit went out. He had called a few places and was quoted prices of over $300 just to come out. I told him about our directory and that I did call John McDowell from JMAC Heating & Cooling, Inc. and that he helped me over the phone.
He called him and it turned out Jim was already in the area and was there a short time later, fixed the problem and for alot lower than the prices quoted him. He informed me that he will definitly be using this guy again! He was also very impressed with our website.
Great job Alma and all who make this happen and who make this a great neighborhood.

Such a nice note - thanks from all of us who make it happen. It was good of you to take the time to share this with all our neighbors. Sharing what and who we know with one another is such a big part of what makes our neighborhood so special.

We had the NEED for calling John McDowell ourselves 2 nights ago. We had gotten back from CA on vacation and came into our home of 102 degree temperature. It was late (7 pm) but Matt McDowell still came out and fixed it! Their whole family is part of their business and they indeed truly CARE for their customers.
