Today I noticed a Toyota Rav parked on Emerson with the word ''nigger''
written across the back window. I really found it offensive and hope that no one in our neighborhood is being targeted with hate crimes. It really left a sick feeling in my stomach. I called the police but I don't know if there was anything they could do.

The car was not parked in front of its home because of the resurfacing of Osage. That's why whoever did it was such a coward. They waited until it was parked on Emerson to do it.
