Last night around 9 pm I was walking around the park when I noticed 3 individuals (1 male 2 females, late teens early 20's) get out of a gray SUV with buckets and a shovel and proceed to shovel sand from the play area into the buckets. They were also drinking beer. I went home , got my cell phone and returned to the park while phoning Mesa PD. I was unable to get the plate #, but gave a description to the PD.
