Sometime late Saturday (4/26) or early Sunday (4/27) someone drove through Marlborough Mesa egging vehicles, houses and garage doors.
They hit our driveway and the splatter got onto our garage door. Luckily I noticed it while taking out some trash. It's much easier to clean up when it is still wet.
I stood outside watching for any suspicious activity and saw what I thought was a Jeep Cherokee going up and down every street in out neighborhood. I grabbed my keys, hopped into my truck and tried to track the vehicle down (it turned out to be a Trailblazer).
When I finally got behind it over near Extension, he drove all around the neighborhood in an apparent attempt to lose me. Eventually he drove across Alma School and I followed.
I finally caught up to and spoke to the driver. He turned out to be a MM resident who lives on Portobello and was trying to find out who was throwing the eggs as well. Evidently his vehicle was hit, then he cleaned it off, and then it was hit for a second time.
Anyone else get egged?
