There were 7 residents at the NOV. 18th meeting, on the site of the new DQ by Nello's on Alma School Road.
It was very short notice for all who attended. HIGHLIGHTS were:
1. The biggest item all were concerned about is the screening wall along Alma School to replace the dirt berm presently there. Having now been brought up, it will be addressed at the next (and hopefully final) meeting on DECEMBER 18, 2003 at the Planning and Zoning Board Meeting.
2. One other concern was that the DQ sign itself might be a little too high. That is being checked also.
Otherwise, I believe the residents who attended were happy to see something new being built. It looks like a nice set of plans.
