On Thursday about 2:00-2:30A.M. a flasher was seen on Olla. The naked man walked up to a living room window when he was spotted by the resident. The resident chased him down the street where he got in his car. He had left the car running for a quick escape. The car was possibly a bronze/gold colored Taurus or similar model. The flasher returned shortly afterward and got away for a second time.
If you see someone suspicious, call the Mesa Police. There have been reports of a flasher in the neighborhood east of Extension, so the police are aware of the problem.
