We are asking people to bring their own chairs.

Hope to see you and your neighbors at the meeting.

''Drive By'' Shooting 02/29

All,

I wanted to make certain you all were aware of a ''Drive By Shooting'' which occurred in Dobson Woods (Naranja) on February 19th. We (Community Member from Dobson Woods) have been working with the police to have a community communication; however, due to the many issues (i.e. 5 person homicide, this recent stabbing, etc.) the community meeting has not been held. (We were not informed that this meeting on Monday would include information on the Drive By.) As such, the specifics of the shooting have not been posted. Make no mistake; this is a very serious issue (The Drive By) details which need to be communicated by the police before they can be posted.

I can post more information on the ''Drive By''; however, I have been advised to wait on the CAT team from Mesa before proceeding. I wanted to make certain that ''Drive By'' shooting does not loose focus or get lost in the confusion. This issue is a very serious concern which needs focus.

I appreciate what ever assistance you all can provide.
