The increasing massage parlors in Mesa is one of the items on the agenda for public safety at the City Council Meeting on September 21, 2009. Since April 2006 until present, Mesa has soared from 73 to about 120 licensed massage parlors. If this is a subject that concerns you - come to that city council meeting.
