As you probably are aware, the City has removed all Blockwatch signs from our neighborhood some time ago. Under the new guidelines and with updated signs, our neighborhood qualifies for the new Neighborhood Watch signs that will be installed at ALL 9 entrances in Marlborough Mesa: Alma School/Pecos Alma School/Pampa Guadalupe/Emerson Extension/Obispo Extension/Plata Extension/Pecos Extension/Portebello Extension/Pampa Extension/Peralta The REASON is because of our many neighborhood activities that encompass our entire neighborhood. No date has been given at this time for installation of the signs, but they have been ordered. This still means INVOLVEMENT – in whatever way you choose. So, the next time you get a message or hear that help is needed in some area – party, paint program or otherwise – please lend a hand. This will be by far the best way to continue to keep our signs once they are installed. Two events per year are still required. A copy of the new signs can be found on our website at:
