Anyone know why there were approximately three police cars around the 900 block of Obispo on Friday night?

I wonder if this is tied to anything about a car and palm tree fire on Pampa (800 block) in the wee hours of Sunday morning, July 25?  Maybe Paul will find out and post the results.
