On 5-21-11, early Saturday morning (about 5:30 AM), one guy and two girls (he is on probation) were doing brodies at the bottom of the park when one of our kind neighbors was driving by and caught them in the act!  They called the police and 3 cars showed up!

When PD went to get the 3 "kids" out of the vehicle at the bottom - they were STUCK in the mud.  The guy driving jumped out and took off running while the girls stayed.  The girls told PD who he was and where he lived and after running checks, they found out he was a repeat offender and that he was also on probation.  Since the car was stuck - PD had it towed.

They took the girls home.  They have not caught the guy who was driving and ran but they gifure he WILL show up (or someone) to try and retrieve his care, all the while towing charges and fees are mounting.

This is all I know.  The case number is #20111410178 and Officer McClellan was on the scene.  The rumor mill runs ever so deep in this neighborhood and sooner or later someone knows who they are and will be watching even more closely.
