Marlborough Mesa

Some friends of ours are looking to rent a house.  Anyone know of anyone who will be renting a house in our neighborhood?

There is one that has not been posted yet and it is 3061 S. Spruce.  I do not know any particulars on it or when it will be ready - but I should think soon.  The last renters moved out about a month ago.  You can check the owner at the Maricopa County Assessor's office from our website under Pages and Links.
