F.Y.I. someone in our community is poisoning cats!!! My Abby friend Rusty was poisoned according to my veterinarian. He is make small strivies to get back on his feet, but it has been very costly. My neighbor's cats Sneakers was not as lucky he past away.

If you feel that your neighborhood has a cat problem there are other was to take care of this without poisoning our long time pets.

I have lived in this neighborhood for 25 years and feel very violated, I know we have alot of new residents that have come into our community due to the times we live in now, but if you feel that something is not right please open communication to resolce problems not violent acts. A friend of ours who lives in Chandler said that cats were being poisoned in his neighborhood.  They found out that it was because people were leaving out poison traps (the kind you buy at the store not the professional kind) to kill the roof rats.  These traps are the kind that you just open the top of the can and leave on the ground.  Sometimes the pigeons would eat the rat poison and then when the birds would get eaten by the cats, they would get poisoned too.  The people were not trying to poison the cats but unfortunately that's what was happening.  I fear that is what has begun to happen here.  My friend said that there are special kind of poison traps for the roof rats (which are now in our neighborhood) that only rats can fit their heads into and not cats or pigeons.  We don't own a cat and also do not plan on using any of those dangerous poison traps.  Sorry to hear about your cat and we hope that he gets better really soon!

CAT KILLER!

To all the neighbors that did not believe me well here it is! Unbeliveable that it turns out to be one on my nieghbors that live across the street from me. Hard news to take knowing that my children went to school with him years ago.
