Marlborough Mesa

Someone broke into a home on Pecos today while the owner was away.  Good news though - crooks caught - items recovered.  It's a great day when you can say that!

Glad to hear "the perps" were caught.  Any more information available, i.e., did an alert neighbor call the police, did the homeowner return home to catch the burglars, does the home have an alarm system, etc.

This is a good opportunity to remind everyone to always be alert and call 9-1-1 when suspicious activity is taking place. 

Actually, this was a very alert roofer (from a roof closeby) who happened to see some guys sorting thru a bunch of jewelry.  He call PD.  This took place in Chander.  Mesa PD was called because a Mesa address was found in the jewelry box and the crooks did not have time to sort it all out.  I have no further details.
