Remember the deadline to sign-up for the neighborhood workshop is July 4th. The sooner you respond, the easier it is for us to plan. So don’t be left out of the fun!
Ages: 9-11 year olds Tuesday, July 10, 2012 10 AM - 12 noon (staining wood – wear old clothes)
Ages: 5-8 year olds Friday, July 13, 2012 10 - 11:30 AM (choosing and placing corks in frames)
Ages: 12-15 year olds Monday, July 23, 2012 10 AM - 12 noon (attach corks w/hot glue gun)
Ages: 12-15 year olds Thursday, July 26, 2012 10 AM - 12 noon (attach corks w/hot glue gun)
The items made at the workshop will be sold on a donation basis at our Christmas event at the park. However, if you would prefer to purchase one of the signed items your child made at the close of the workshops, you may do so at a minimum donation of $10. Remember, all proceeds go for funding the various things we do here in Marlborough Mesa. Without you, your children and young people’s help, this cannot continue.
Also, if there are any adults who are willing to help – we need you now – especially for the first 2 classes.
