Today my wife caught an African-American male wearing blue jeans and a brown shirt with white and yellow stripes just walking around our back yard. She told him to immediately go to the front door and he claimed to be checking out our windows to give us repair estimates. He didn't have a business card or company shirt of any kind and stayed far from our front door as my wife asked him questions, then darted away when my wife said she was going to call the police.
She has called Mesa PD and they said they would send his description to patrol cars. Later on she found out that my father-in-law had seen him walking around other people's houses in our cul-de-sac on Wycliff Cir.
Please call the police if you see him around the neighborhood. I'm sure he was staking out the neighborhood to see which homes are vulnerable.
