Marlborough Mesa

Was anyone able to attend the hearing this morning? 

There were about one dozen people who attended the hearing today at the Mesa Court.  The results are this:

There has not been a case filed from the police yet.  They have 7 years to actually file a case.  We were told that they are still collecting evidence.  I really hope that we are not actually being blown off on this case.  However, I do feel that the more evidence they have the better chances there are for a conviction.  I am going to attempt to keep this case going, along with other neighbors as well.  The more cases we can get information on the better, so if anyone has a missing cat or has had a missing cat please let me know and get a flyer to me and I will make sure the police department gets the information.

so nothing happened in court today why isnt he still in jail?  did he bail out ?

He is out of jail, someone posted his bond.  Does not make since does it?  So he can do whatever sick twisted thing he wants.  There is something very wrong with our legal system.
