A friend of ours told us his story. He had some valuable tools, etc. stolen out of his truck. He went on Craig's list to see if anyone was selling his items there. They were! He contacted the police then arranged a meeting to meet with the culprits. He recovered the stolen items and the person was arrested.
So if you ever have items stolen, you might want to check Craig's list and similar lists.
