For about a month now we have been woken up at all hours of the night due to several
barking dogs. One of which I know is on Spruce. Is anyone else experiencing the same
problem? It is a shame that we cannot enjoy the cooler nights (having to close our windows) and/or spending a relaxing evening on our patio. I wish our neighbors would be more considerate. I have left a message with animal control and am waiting to hear back from them. I can't believe that I am the only one bothered by this.
