If you watched the news recently, graffiti was sprayed on vehicles and tires were slashed. This began happening around Country Club and Southern more than a week ago then moved further southwest to Extension. I just heard that tires were slashed both on Peralta and Posada within the last couple of nights IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.
I realize that we cannot get all cars in the garage – but here is a suggestion: Anyone who stays up late or gets up very early (this is when the crimes are being committed) – take an extra 5 minutes and drive thru the entire neighborhood. Should you see ANYTHING suspicious, call the police at 911 since it had now become a felony due to the sheer number of cars damaged.
