Marlborough Mesa

I'm  in need of a roofing company.  I know this neighborhood has had a lot of homes that have had new roofs put up, but there has also been a lot of turnover.  I feel like going door to door, but if anyone's like me, they don't even answer to strangers.  Has anyone had a new roof put up, and is happy with the work/service/warranty they received?  I need a name & number!  Preferably a larger company that will be around for warranty issues.

I know you said you were looking for a larger company for the warranty, but I do know of a general contractor who stands by his work. He redid our roof after those massive hail storms a few years back and he was wonderful. I actually just called him a few days to come check something out for me and he was out within a couple of days at no charge. It's my understanding that he does warranty his work, but you'd have to ask him for specifics. He's done a ton of work for some of my other family members and they have been happy with him for many years too. His name is Paul Toth (480)201-5914.

I believe there's also a general contractor who lives on Spruce and has for a long lime, but I don't have his info or know if he's still in the business.

Check the neighborhood directory. Prime Roofing, Stacy Benson, has lived in the neighborhood over 12 yrs and roofing for over 20. He just did the roof on our house we just sold at 1010 W Peralta. I know he has done other roofs in the neighborhood as well. I was very happy with the work and with dealing with him. His phone number is 480-756-9527.

We had our roof replaced less than a month ago by Pinnacle Peak Roofing.  They were there when they said they'd be and did a great job. We highly recommend them.
