Hello,
Wondering if anyone knows the owner of a black/brindle type cat named Banksy? He wanders around Pecos / Portobello and his collar states "do not feed."
However, if you know the owner, could you, please, ask them to keep him inside? He sits on our back wall and taunts, not only our dog, but the other dogs around us.
Very frustrating and not sure of how to get him to stay away; certainly don't want to call animal control on the little fella.
