I have a great opportunity for Mayfair residents. Impact Pest Control will install in ground termite treatment for $600 which is a fantastic deal. The average cost is $1100-1600.

Impact will also check the bate stations quarterly. The renewal fee after the first year is $75 a quarter. Also, if the home qualifies the contract will be written so Impact will repair all termite damage should it happen. I have done it at my house. Can forward this e-mail to residents?
