New Mortgage Protection Program From AAA

Here is something I wanted to pass along to you. There is a new mortgage protection program that is available through AAA (and maybe your insurance company) that makes a lot of sense and it is very reasonable.

It?’s called First Protector. It you house is destroyed this mortgage insurance will cover your mortgage payments up to 2 years and pays the balance of your mortgage it your home is condemned or is permanently inhabitable. It will also pay the deductible on your homeowners insurance up to $500.

The yearly fee is based on your monthly mortgage payment but is an example: If you mortgage payment is between $1001-1500 the yearly payment is $125.00 and if your payment is $1501-2000 the yearly payment is $251.00.
