New Lawn Maintenance Day Beginning September 28

Good morning Mayfair,

Good news!
Beginning September 28, Everyday Gardener's Club is going to switch their
lawn maintenance day to Thursday. That way the community will look better
for the weekend.

Also as a cost cutting effort we will not be doing annual rotations four
times
a year any longer. Many residents and the board though that it would be more
cost effective to replace the annuals with hardy flowering Florida friendly
plants.

Please mark your calendars that our next Board of Directors meeting is
Oct.15
at 6:00 PM
