Mayfair in Tampa Palms

On Monday night there was a meeting for all Tampa Palms North Homeowners. The TPNHA oversees the Club and all common ground in Tampa Palms North. In my opinion things could be handled a lot better than it is being handled now. But this is my own personal opinion. And for that reason I'm asking all residents of Mayfair to take time to attend these meetings in the future. The next meeting will be July 17 at 6:00. Make a real effort to go and see what is being voted on or proposed. You owe it to yourself to find out what is happening at these meetings. I made be very off-track in my opinion and I'd like to have a few other opinions on these meetings.
There is still vandalism going on in the pool area at the club. Even with more security measures being taken. It was propose that sensor lights were to be installed around the fence and that the existing security cameras kept with just minor adjustments. Service Work is contracted to do the roof but no date has been set to for the work to begin. MPC is to be the contractor to redo the floors of the club weight room, area play area and exercise room. With no date set for these improvements.
