Self Defense Course

Learn to be more aware of your surroundings while outside.

Know what to look for and what to avoid while walking alone or with a friend.

Know how to avoid a confrontation before it begins and what you need to do if surprised by the approach of a stranger.

Learn how to alert people when you are in trouble and what you need to do to get to safety.

Learn how to assist police by identifying attackers and what key information to give to insure an aggressor is caught in the shortest amount of time.
