I wanted to pass along this information to you. Like many homeowners in Florida, my insurance carrier will not be writing or renewing homeowners insurance any more. A client told me to call AAA (auto club) and I did. The rate quotes were great (or as good as you can get now). They handle all insurance needs including umbrellas, car, flood etc. AAA bases your rate (s) on your credit score as do all carriers but they will only write policies if you have certain credit score. It is worth checking out.
