Greatest Living Example Of a True Community Hero

Oak Park is where Johnson honed his game, playing baseball and basketball at James McClatchy park and Sacramento high school that is now run by the St.Hope Academy. He is working to bring hope and dreams to a community that many have forgotten. He could have made his NBA millions and forgotten about where he came from and the history of his community. However this trailblazer made the right choice to come back and help others.

Kevin Johnson still devotes a lot of his time to charities and foundations that serve underprivileged youth. While his efforts are legendary today, it's safe to say there will be more accomplishments in his life. Kevin Johnson is one of my favorite heroes. I hope to give back to my community and make a path for other as he has done. Kevin Johnson is one of the most caring and passionate people on the earth. Kevin Johnson is a true Sacramento trailblazer.
