Many residents have not yet paid your dues and many of you have never paid your dues. There are many projects we could undertake that would make MM an even better place to come home to. This would be accomplished by the neighborhood if everyone participated more financially. Please reconsider your decision not to invest in your neighborhood and pay the $50.00 for the 2007 assessment today.

?• Percentage of residents paying dues - a plus for the neighborhood - about 30%
?• Percentage CCR violations ?–negatively- impacting the neighborhood- about 85%
Looking forward to a new year in MM, let us strive for a cleaner more cohesive neighborhood that provides a safe place for our families to grow and our children to safely play.

Immediately report all criminal activity or code violations to either 311 or 911.
