NEW PLASTER AT THE POOL
The pool area has been out of order and under construction throughout most
of February. The main pool was in need of a makeover, suffering from cracks
and chipping. The process of replastering the pool should require approximately three weeks to complete, and the pool area should be done and
ready for swimmers around the first of March, when the heat will be turned on
as well. The question of when to replaster the pool has been hanging over the Board of Directors head for quite some time. Although the pool was replastered not long ago, it was damaged by vandals skate boarding in it before the plaster was ready to fill the pool with water again. But the pool is not the only thing that is in need of attention. The hot tub and small pool also need
work, along with the deck area. At the January Board of Directors meeting,
Board members voted to go ahead with replastering the main pool as soon as
possible due to its immediate need of repair, but decided to hold off on
other improvements another year to help spread costs out. At their next
meeting, the Board plans to consider bids to have work done on the deck to
improve its condition and appearance, and help it last through another
season.

IS YOUR PROJECT APPROVED?
Before you start a spring home improvement project, remember to get it
approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Any changes or improvements to the exterior of houses or landscaping needs the approval of the committee. The ARC meets the first Tuesday of every month. Please submit your requests to Vision Property Management prior to the meeting. An
Architectural Improvement Application and Review Form is included in this
month's newsletter for your convenience.
