The Annexation of OBRA Homes

I have had the opportunity to speak with several of OBRA homes representatives and they tell us that they will be getting their own HOA. So folks that means that they will not be annexed to Meadowbrook. They have sold 12 lots so far and they tell me that the homes are 4-sided brick homes. The A in OBRA means- all brick all the time. The homes range from 1259 sq. ft. for $75,000 to 1981 sq. ft. for $95,500. The Model homes are just about ready to be built. I was told that the models should be completed by the end of April 2003. They welcome all of Meadowbrooks homeowners to stop by and inquire into the homes.
