HOUSE APPEAL TIPS

Most people like to keep their homes in good-looking condition, especially in the spring and summer months. There are several simple things you can do to keep up the curb appeal of your home. Follow the following tips to give your house great curb appeal:
1. Pull trash cans about 10 or more feet back from the front of your house.
2. Park your cars (or project cars) in the garage when available.
3. Keep your yard mowed and edged.
4. Keep your curbside clean and swept.
5. Make your house number legible on your curb (repaint if necessary).
6. Keep grass out of the cracks in your driveway or walkway.
7. Pull weeds and grass out of flowerbeds.
8. Keep porch and driveway swept.
9. Keep garden hose on a spool when not in use.
