We have a new violation
committee who will be enforcing all violations with a violation letter/followed by appropriate fines. If anyone has any questions concerning what is a violation; they should read the bylaws. If they don't have them, We will give them a copy.
The main violations are:
1. Trash can/recycle can not behind fence.
2. Boat/trailer in driveway, not behind fence.
3. Vehicles in disrepair
4. Yard in disrepair
Bylaw 6.5 Maintenance of Structure and Grounds
Each Owner shall maintain such Owner's Lot and improvements thereon in a clean and attractive condition, in good repair and in such fashion as not to create a fire hazard. Such maintenance shall include , without limitation, painting, repair, replacement and care of roofs, gutters, downspouts, exterior building services, walks and other exterior improvements, and glass surfaces. In addition each Owner shall keep all shrubs, trees, grass and plantings of every kind on such Owner's Lot neatly trimmed , properly cultivated and free of trash, weeds and other unsightly material. Damage caused by fire, flood, storms, earthquake, riot, vandalism, or other causes shall likewise be the responsibility of each Owner.
In addition we would like any member of the neighborhood to notify the Board of any violations by mail; We will respond to every violation letter that we have received their letter, and with a response of the action taken. The violation committee would like every Homeowner/Renter to respect their neighbors by following the Bylaws of Covenants they signed.
