Emergencies

If you have an Association-related emergency after hours, call Management Specialists, Inc., at 420-4433. This after hours number is answered by a Community Manager on duty. Please leave your name, telephone number, the name of your Association, and the nature of your emergency and your call will be returned within a few minutes.

Reminders

Please remember that a Design Review Request form is required for all exteriors improvements to your home or yard. This includes landscaping, even though it may be in
the back yard. It is important these forms are completed and submitted for any improvements. If you need a form, please contact Geoff Peterson at Management Specialists, Inc. at 420-4433.

Many homes are in the process of having landscaping installed this summer. If you do not have your landscaping in, please look at the weeds around your lot. If they are
getting unduly large, please remove or destroy them. This creates an unsightly appearance in the community. Please keep weeds under control in areas that are not yet landscaped.

Please be sure to clean up after your dog if you are out walking on the greenbelt. The greenbelt is for everybody?’s use, and it is very inconvenient for others to have to
avoid dog waste. Please be considerate of others!

Community Pride

With spring just around the corner, this is a good time to remind everyone that the appearance of our community is in our hands. Long-term attractiveness and property values are dependent upon all homeowners complying with the Covenants and following Architectural Control procedures.

In advance, the Board of Directors and Architectural Control Committee (ACC) would like to thank those who do comply with the Covenants and Archit%c4ural Control procedures. To the few homeowners who do not comply, this is notice that the Board will be aggressive in pointing out violations and in seeking legal remedies if they are not promptly cured. Historically, courts have upheld Covenant and Architectural Control enforcement efforts and have even, in some cases, awarded court costs to the Association. Hopefully, this will not be necessary in our
community.

Here are some special reminders:

Be sure to submit any plans for exterior improvements to the Architectural Control Committee.

Take a look at the paint on your home and determine if this may be the year to repaint.

If you have dead plant materials in your yard, please remove them.

If you have a fence that needs repair, fix it.

If you have not yet put in your yard or landscaping, please make an ACC request as soon as possible.
