Time sure flies, and most of our new homes are now 7 - 10 years old! It might be time to repaint, to save your siding from deterioration, and to protect your home's value. View your home from the street and any adjoining public areas to determine the condition of your paint. Dark colors, blues, and south or west facing exteriors seem to show the greatest wear over time. Don't forget to obtain a paint request form from the Architectural Review Committee members (Karlyn Spreder 303-774-0924, Darcy Temple 303-774-9700, or Linda Andrew 303-651-6490).
The next meeting of the MeadowView Homeowners Association is 7PM Tuesday November 9, 2004, and it is the Annual Meeting. It will be at the usual place, the community room at the firehouse, enter from the southeast corner of the parking lot for the strip center at the southeast corner of Nelson and Airport. Two principal items of business will be the election of officers and presentation of the budget. Ed Spreder's term expires this year, and another position was vacated when Laurel Mayhew moved to Mead. Please plan to attend. Even though you have every intention of being there in person, please send in your proxy against the possibility you won't actually be able to be there.
