Gateway Sign and Lights Project Update

Gateway Sign (22nd and Kelly/Culbertson)

The brick work around the gateway sign is complete and it looks great! Jerry Cable has been working hard to landscape around the sign. He has put truckloads of soil in, sod and two crepe myrtles. He has also planted some verbena and other flowersin the beds.

Lights (located throughout west side of neighborhood)

All ten lightpoles have been installed. Jerry and Ben put the signs on all of the light poles. We are hoping to install a few more light poles but we are waiting on permission from the city.

As Karen mentioned in the last newsletter, a handful of people cannot do everything in the neighborhood, and they should not have to. Medical Community belongs to every resident. Let's all pitch in to make the neighborhood better! Call Ben at 412-4779 if you would like to help install the light pole or neighborhood watch signs.
