The collection of proxies is going good with over 50 proxies being collected up to now. We need a total of 111 to be filed for the election to be valid.
If you have not filled out your proxy and ballot, please do so and mail before June 4th, 2007.
All proxies will be counted on June 6th, 2007. If the required number of proxies are on file, then the ballots will be counted for the election.
The results will be announced at the June 13th, 2007 meeting.
