Hello Everyone - Happy Holidays!

• Santa is scheduled to arrive in Middle Run Crossing on Tuesday, 12/22.

  • We expect him to be at the corner of SMITH MILL RD and GOLDFINCH at 7PM. 
  • Then he will go to WREN COURT at 7:15PM. 
  • A canned good donation for DE Food Bank is appreciated.

• A few reminders about the snow:

  • Residents should dig out both the MAILBOX and the SIDEWALK in front of their house.  (It's a county rule - we're just the messenger).
  • Any issues with snow plowing should be directed to BC COMMUNITIES care of Tom Cahill, i.e., the Maintenance Corporation.  Address and phone number are on the website.
  • Please do not park in the street if snow is blocking the curb.  You could be ticketed.
  • Remember to clean off the TOP of your car as well as the back windows.  Flying snow can cause accidents for cars behind you.
