The board has decided that due to current COVID-19 conditions our previously scheduled annual meeting will be rescheduled. The meeting was to be held in person on Tuesday, June 2nd at the New Castle Conservation District, it has been changed to a virtual Zoom meeting on Tuesday, June 23rd at 7pm.
Meeting ballots will be distributed this weekend and serve as your vote during the annual meeting. Results will be tallied and reviewed in the meeting. Please return your completed ballot to Michael Kerr at 64 Millwood Drive, no later than Monday, June 22nd. As usual, only one vote per lot. Homeowner’s name must appear on the deed for that lot.
