Impact Fee Proposal

Dear Neighbors,

I wanted to alert you that there is a proposal on Tuesday's City Council afternoon Study Session agenda to waive all impact fees entirely
for one year. Historically I have advocated that growth pay for itself; impact fees cover the costs of public infrastructure needed to
accommodate new development. This is certainly a time to consider targeted economic stimulus strategies, however I remain unconvinced that
this proposal would effectively accomplish that.

Please let me know your thoughts on this matter. And as always, I welcome your input on any issues of concern to you.
