Letter from the President

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the families here in Misty Vale Farm for the opportunity to serve as President of our Homeowners' Association. As much as we will miss all of our friends, we have decided to sell our home and we?’re presently building a new home, which we hope to be moving into by the end of the summer. I will not delegate the responsibilities of my office until a replacement is named. It has been a pleasure getting to know all of you, and I feel confident that all the goals that were originally listed in our charter have been met: our home values are higher than ever before; our homes continue to sell quickly at, or above, market value in today?’s real estate environment; and our common areas are well-kept, well-lighted and well cared for. I especially thank the community for their efforts in keeping their homes and yards in such good shape ?– Misty Vale continues to be a highly sought-after neighborhood for families thanks to these efforts.
