We are so appreciative of the efforts put forth in our community to follow the deed restrictions. It is clear that we all want to help preserve and protect our investment in Misty Vale Farms; however, there are still violations out there and we need everyone to comply. Specifically, we need to keep campers and boats out of sight with shrubs or fences. (All need to be tall enough to cover entire top and these should be kept manicured and painted.) We also need to keep dogs on leashes or fenced in your yards. Dogs on the loose may leave children and adults in harm's way -- remember, you are responsible for your pet and you will be legally accountable for their actions.
