7:10 pm - Congratulations for newsletter committee and volunteers

7:12 pm – Lynne Mutrie - Coordinator, Community Traffic Safety Program –
Walking Safety programs through Portland Public Schools, encouraging both students and commuters to share responsibility in keeping the streets accident free.

7:24 pm - PPB Officer Harris gave monthly report. Crime rate on the decline. Community policing has shown its benefits through increased cooperation with residents.

8:00 pm - Break Called

8:07 pm - Message of appreciation from Chair Sandy McDaniel to all in helping
her in her mission of serving Montavilla. Plans to continue involvement as a member-at-large.

8:10 pm - Election of Board Members - All positions were open for nominations,
all but SEUL liason were uncontested.

for Montavilla neighborhood.
