This is a conceptual drawing of one of the planned apartment buildings, as received from Centex.

I had originally pointed out numbers of types of apartments in the email I sent. Mr. Holland provided a correction to those numbers as follows:

I found an error in your letter concerning the unit mix. It is entirely my fault for not pointing this out to you. You got the mix from the conceptual site plan that I gave you. The drawing is accurate, however the unit mix has been slightly modified. The correct unit mix is as follows:

One Bedrooms: 176 units (52.38%) 648 square feet average

Two Bedrooms: 148 units
(44.05%) 982 square feet average

Three Bedroom: 12 units
(3.57%) 1,313 square feet

PROJECT TOTAL: 336 apartments
(100%) 819 square feet average

Please amend your newsletter to reflect the accurate mix for the project.
