Mt. Hope Housing Rehab Programs

Keep our housing stock in good shape and remember how good we have it here. Thanks to Proposition 13, low property taxes are one of the perks. Thanks to the Peoples Ordinance, free trash pickup is another.

Mt. Hope/Helix Residents Association has partnered with the Housing Commission and SEDC to bring the area several housing programs, including rehab grants and loans.

The First-time Home Buyer Program is still alive and well in our area.
