Your opportunity is coming to clean up your home at a bargain price and in the process support your neighborhood. The MTNA will hold its annual neighborhood cleanup and fundraiser on Saturday, May 15. We will happily take your household junk, yard debris, old appliances, and tires. The cleanup will also feature our popular reusable item exchange area. We will not be able to accept hazardous waste (such as paint or pesticides): call Metro at 503/234-3000 for info on waste disposal.

The neighborhood cleanup is the MTNA?’s annual event to raise funds for neighborhood association activities and projects. MTNA contributes to community and local school projects, publishes and delivers the neighborhood newsletter, and works with Mt. Tabor residents on a wide range of concerns such as land use, nuisance, crime, transportation, and much more.

For more information about the clean-up, or to volunteer to help, call Gayle or Bunny Marechal at 503/239-7198 or email bgmarechal@earthlink.net.
