Do you have a project that needs volunteers?

Deadline of Oct 29th.

We are launching a new series of sermons during Christmas which is intendedto get our people out of the normal hurriedness and frazzledness of the season. One of the things our Lead Pastor is asking for if there are any specific projects we can include in the sermons to get our people engaged.Do you have any suggestions as to what to do. I have a deadline of Oct29th.

If you can imagine a project that would only need some volunteers to become reality, then see below. I'll bet they can get 20 to 50 people. Please respond if you have any ideas, even half-baked ideas....
