We would like to inform you of the availability of the Rhode Island 2004 305(b) State of the State's Waters Report on the DEM publications website at,
Section 305(b) of the Clean Water Act requires each state to assess their surface waters and submit biennial reports describing water quality conditions to USEPA. This document contains a large amount of informative data concerning the water quality of the state and the programs at RIDEM which manage and protect this resource.
