Mesa launches online survey to gather input for Web site

Mesa residents, businesses and visitors are invited to share their views concerning the City's Web site by completing a survey at www.cityofmesa.org. The survey was designed by a citywide e-government planning team, with the intent of evaluating the overall usefulness of the site. The survey includes eight optional questions asking respondents to share what they are satisfied and dissatisfied with, what specific experiences they have had with the Web site and which online services they would use if provided. The survey is one of the tools the City will use to evaluate and improve the site.

"User input is extremely important to the health of our Web site," said Web Specialist Jessica Brodersen. "Without feedback from the community, it would be difficult to provide the information and services they are seeking."
